Once you Submit this form, Check your email for your invoice- it will come from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com and be titled Your Tacflow Academy Course Invoice - INV Z-INV****. It should arrive within 1 hour.

Invoices include an ONLINE PAYMENT link for credit card or ACH payments. If you prefer to send a check, you can mail payments the remittance address listed on your invoice.

Please note:

If your course shows as a $0 total, it is because you are either being added to a *Wait List* as indicated, or there are very limited seats left and we have disabled automatic payment options for that specific course to avoid over sign ups and will manually update the invoice once space is confirmed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

By submitting this form, you agree to this cancellation policy as follows:

  1. There is no penalty for switching a student for another student at any time.  Please email info@tacflow.com for assistance.
  2. Cancellations made 45 or more days in advance of class can receive either (1) a full refund, (2) credit towards an upcoming course of the same description (within 18 months), or (3) a credit of the dollar value to be applied to a different course (within 18 months).
  3. Cancellations made within 45 days will be (2) credited towards an upcoming course of the same description (within 18 months), or (3) credited the dollar value to be applied to a different course (within 18 months)

In addition, students who have not paid by 15 days out will be required to send a check in confirmation response by email (we will send the email to check in to) or their spot may be relinquished to wait listed students.

We understand and appreciate the nature of Law Enforcement training and scheduling.  We have implemented these policies to ensure travel costs and our ability to provide the highest level of service to every student.  Thank you for your understanding.
