Not to worry! Our Exchanges & Returns policy is very simple and easy to follow. One of our Customer Service team members can assist you with your order after a few easy steps.
FIRSTPlease take a few minutes to complete the fields on our Exchanges & Returns form. By providing us with the required information, our Customer Service team will have a better understanding of your needs. Every order is unique to the customer, so we want to ensure that you receive only the best individualized service possible.
FILLING OUT THE FORMPlease use the order number that corresponds to the product in question (USE THE ENTIRE NUMBER). If you have misplaced this number, simply login to you online MY ACCOUNT to search your order history. You will need to provide the same email on this form that you used to place your order. If you do not remember which one was used, your MY ACCOUNT has it stored. Lastly, please provide a short/detailed description of what you would like to do. We want to know about product, sizing, possible defect, etc.
