DESIGNED BY THE TRAINERS
All Tacflow Gear is designed and worn by our training team. We choose high quality fabrics and print methods that hold up over time. We’ve found the sublimation printing to be the best option for shirts worn to work out in. There are no “sticky” print areas once the shirts are soaked with sweat. As a result, we changed our current original logo tees to this print process. We think you will agree the switch is a move in the right direction!
WHAT’S IN A LOGO?
THE PARTNERSHIP OF TACFLOW AND CRAFT INTERNATIONAL
Tacflow Academy partnered with Craft International, LLC in 2009 as their exclusive close quarter combat provider. We merged our logos as a sign of solidarity Craf”T”acflow (see it on our About Us page). The shared “T” was a cross with crosshairs, designed by Chris and the former Craft CEO to represent the faith and mission of the founders.
HISTORY OF THE CRAFT INTERNATIONAL LOGO
The Craft Skull Logo combined several meaningful pieces from Chris’s past. Watch him explain the meaning behind the logo in a video on our ABOUT US page.
EVOLUTION OF THE TACFLOW LOGO
We were devastated when Chris passed. The majority shareholders and investors in Craft International, LLC made the hard decision to close down because of irreconcilable differences on how to continue. The training team decided the best way we could honor CK’s memory was to stay together and continue offering progressive, innovative education.
We started by gathering all of the current training programs together under the Tacflow Academy umbrella. Then, we worked with the Kyle Family to build a logo that is symbolic of our unity & dedication to moving forward. We started with the emboldened shared “T” cross with crosshairs. Then, we added a piece of the skull peaking from behind the “T” as a reminder of where we came from, and as a symbol that Chris will always be watching over us. We finalized the design with the phrase “The Precision of Violence”- which is both what we teach, as well as what train students to prepare for. We aim to teach students to be precise under chaos and to read the intent of violence through minute behavior indicators in every COURSE we produce.
