Company Overview

TacFlow is the blending of the old technologies of Kali and Silat (Filipino, Indonesian and Malaysian bladed and empty hand combatives) with the weapons that law enforcement and military find themselves fighting with today.

The "technology" that is taught is strictly for LE, MIL and DOD personnel only, as stipulated by head instructor
Rigo Durazo and at the request of many of the individuals and groups he teaches.

Courses cover combatives in the close quarters environment with a
straight to penetrate mentality to end the engagement by creating time, distance and opportunity to maintain the tactical flow.

Through drills that easily translate from the students pre-existing shooting and movement skills, the student will be able to effectively learn how to move better in the "hands on" engagement.

Tacflow searches for similarities in the coding process of technologies.  Your knife defensive tactics should be using the basic fundamentals as open hand, rifle and other technologies.  Course compliment each other and help the student’s ability to ingrain the information.  We code the system to create proper fundamentals.  We design all courses based on the shooters perspective.  We help each student understand that technologies fail and they must allow for transitions to succeed.   Tacflow utilizes the science of learning and coding.  We help students understand line guide feeding of information.  We help them learn through hearing.  We build patterns based on contact, rhythm and sound.  We also modify the lesson plan around the student.  We recognize that each participant may have some limitations physically.  We must address those limitations and build around it.
